20 Single Arm Db Push Press**

15 Hanging Knee Raises

10 Burpees to a Target

**Hold 2 Dbs in the front rack. Perform 10 reps w/ one arm while holding other Db in front rack.
15 min time cap.

Cool Down:

If time and weather permit, 300 m Walk.
