12 Jumping jacks
10 Pass throughs w/ PVC
5 Upward/ Downward Dog
Metcon
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
“3/4 Cindy”
17 minute AMRAP:
400 meter run (buy in)
then
5 Pull ups
10 Push ups
15 Air squats
**Use chips to keep up with rounds!
Run once then spend remainder of time cycling through the work. Prep for “The Murph”
