5/5 Single Leg Glute Bridge with bar on hips

5/5 OH Lunge with bar or pvc

5 Muscle Snatch with empty bar

Weightlifting

Snatch (1 Rep Max for the day)

E2MOM x 8

Set 1 : 2 reps @ 80%

Set 2 : 2 reps @ 80%

Set 3 : 1 rep @ increased weight

Set 4 – 8 : 1 rep increasing to max for the day.

Record heaviest single in wodify.
