9 Bench Dips (can sub chair, couch etc)
50 DU’s OR 100 Singles/ Jump in place
Rest 3 min between each round
Can sub odd object for DB snatches (KB, water bottle, get creative!)
B: Metcon (No Measure)
AB Work

1 minute plank
50 Russian Twists (weighted)
1 minute Hollow Body Hold
*Use a med ball, DB or other weighted object for russian twists
*Try to accumulate 1 full minute each round
