Gymnastics: 4-8 HSPU, :30 HS hold, 3-5 wall walks
Conditioning: 10/8 cal bike or row, 30-40 double unders, 8-12 burpees, :40 run
Weightlifting: thrusters, push jerk, snatch – 5-10 reps, you pick weight
