Partner 1 starts. When Partner 1 completes section A, Partner 2 can begin Section A and chases Partner 1 to the Bike. Partner 1 can begin on the Bike as soon as they get there. Partner 2 will assist when they get there. Workout ends with team completing 150 Cal on Bike.
